Each month the Leave a Legacy volunteers purchase snacks and water for the patients and their families and friends to have while either waiting for their treatments or during treatments. Some patients are at the cancer center for hours each treatment and a bottle of water and a snack makes this experience a little less difficult for them.

Feeding Hearts, Fueling Hope
Through Leave a Legacy’s Hope Table, we strive to support individuals undergoing cancer treatment by providing nutritious meal kits. To receive a meal kit, please complete the form using the link below or fill out a form at the Front Desk at Heartland Cancer Center.
Meals are distributed twice per month, with up to 30 meals available each month. You will receive a text notification when your meal is ready for pickup at Heartland Cancer Center.
